What you will do

• Plan and execute technology projects from inception to delivery, defining scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Proactively manage dependencies and risks across infrastructure, networking, security, and QA streams.
• Coordinate multiple parallel teams using influence-based leadership in a matrix environment.
• Build executive-level visibility through progress dashboards and steering committee reports.
• Translate technical complexity into executive-level messages focused on business impact.
• Manage vendor relationships, tracking commitments, deliverables, and SLAs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing technology projects involving Infrastructure, Platform, Cloud, or Software Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Technical mindset with the ability to understand engineering concepts and software development workflows.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project.
• Proven stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Must be based in Cordoba or CABA (Argentina).

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS, or Azure).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and workflow automation.
• Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to improve project efficiency.
• Experience working in regulated industries, specifically financial services or banking.
