What you will do

• Manage project scope, resources, timelines, and success criteria for simple to intermediate creative projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project scoping and ongoing management.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on estimates and SOW creation.
• Coordinate between developers, designers, and campaign managers to ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
• Version dynamic creative using internal platforms and Excel-based methods.
• Document project scope and communicate updates effectively to all stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client-facing project management roles.
• 3+ years of experience in a creative or ad tech role.
• Strong understanding of the creative process between designers and developers.
• High-level understanding of feeds, API structures, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Excel and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to support US-based accounts, including working on some Buenos Aires public holidays that fall on US business days.

Nice to have

• Experience in mobile web design or rich media production.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
