What you will do

• Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, ordering, and replenishment of materials and products.
• Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international vendors and negotiate pricing and lead times.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the Katana MRP system and forecast demand to prevent shortages.
• Coordinate production timelines and proactively resolve supply chain issues.
• Handle physical packing and order fulfillment for domestic and international delivery.
• Manage shipping documentation, customs forms, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., Katana) or advanced spreadsheets.
• Willingness to be hands-on, including physical packing and shipping.
• Familiarity with international shipping and customs processes is a plus.
• Must be based in the USA to handle physical fulfillment and receive US-specific benefits.
