Salary: $80,500 - $110,725

What you will do

  • Bid and secure modernization contracts to drive annual branch revenue goals.
  • Coordinate with architects, general contractors, and building owners during the pre-bidding phase.
  • Conduct onsite surveys and create technical quoting packages based on blueprints and specs.
  • Develop long-term capital plans to address customer building needs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and update customer data using CRM tools.
  • Partner with operations and legal teams to negotiate the Scope of Work (SOW).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
  • Must be based in the Boston, MA area to conduct onsite surveys and site visits.
  • Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
