What you will do

• Lead the New Product Development (NPD) process for broadband products from concept to market release.
• Partner with design engineering and product management teams to navigate the phase gate process.
• Develop and support long-term broadband strategies and the creation of new product families.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and Supply Chain to ensure operational readiness for launches.
• Mentor junior team members and sustain global training processes for project management tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience specifically in a new product development (NPD) role.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from the East Syracuse office.
• Expertise in the phase gate process and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong ability to perform cost-benefit analyses and produce professional technical reports.

Nice to have

• Experience with fiber optic products and the telecommunications industry.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency with Monday.com.
