Salary: $200,000 – $220,000

What you will do
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and a product manager, fostering professional growth and high-functioning team culture.
- Own the technical direction for React Native cross-platform apps and native iOS/Android BLE device SDKs.
- Drive outcome-oriented roadmaps aligned with company objectives and integrated with platform teams.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including scope definition, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
- Establish sustainable engineering processes within a regulated health tech environment.
- Balance short-term delivery requirements with long-term platform health and technical debt management.
Requirements
- Proven track record managing mid-sized mobile or consumer-facing engineering teams.
- Strong mobile engineering depth in React Native, Swift, and Kotlin, including hardware-adjacent concerns like BLE and sensor integration.
- Experience leading teams through ambiguity and balancing competing cross-functional priorities.
- Clear, decisive communication skills and experience managing planning horizons.
- Must be based in the US, with a preference for the US Eastern time zone.
- Experience operating in a regulated industry is a strong plus.
