Location: Hybrid, must be based in the Hammersmith London office 3 days a week

What you will do
- Manage the full VIP lifecycle, from initial contact to post-race feedback, utilizing CRM tools for personalized guest profiles.
- Coordinate VIP ticketing, accreditation, and curated itineraries in synergy with the CEO's office and department leads.
- Lead on-site guest relations internationally, overseeing arrivals, meet-and-greets, and high-pressure troubleshooting during race weekends.
- Handle administrative tasks including executive gifting and purchase orders in compliance with corporate standards.
- Develop and deliver executive briefing documents for high-profile visitors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles within sports, entertainment, or luxury hospitality.
- Track record of working with C-suite individuals, dignitaries, and VIPs.
- Strong organizational skills for managing confidential data and proficiency with CRM and financial systems.
- Ability to travel extensively and adapt to the unsociable hours of a global race calendar.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the Hammersmith London office 3 days a week.
