What you will do

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to a high standard.
• Manage bed linen changes and replenish towels and guest amenities.
• Prepare rooms efficiently for guest arrivals and departures.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to management.
• Update cleaning tasks and progress using a dedicated housekeeping mobile app.
• Maintain consistent quality standards to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK and hold a valid UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference) number.
• Previous experience in hotel, aparthotel, or short-term rental cleaning.
• Must be comfortable regularly using stairs as buildings do not have lifts.
• Ability to perform physically active work including lifting and carrying supplies.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently.
