Focus on improving legal workflow efficiency and consistency while coordinating across lawyers, business stakeholders, finance, and external legal providers.

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day legal administration, including matter tracking, approvals monitoring, and status reporting.
  • Coordinate contract execution processes and liaise with stakeholders to complete documentation on time.
  • Own legal invoice processing, external counsel billing, matter coding, and related reporting.
  • Monitor compliance with internal policies, approval frameworks, and record-keeping requirements.
  • Maintain legal templates, document repositories, and version control; support contract preparation, formatting, filing, and archiving.
  • Act as the first point of contact for legal process and documentation requests; identify opportunities to improve legal workflows.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with document management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience coordinating billing, invoicing, or financial administration processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented approach to stakeholder management.
