What you will do
- Manage day-to-day legal administration, including matter tracking, approvals monitoring, and status reporting.
- Coordinate contract execution processes and liaise with stakeholders to complete documentation on time.
- Own legal invoice processing, external counsel billing, matter coding, and related reporting.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies, approval frameworks, and record-keeping requirements.
- Maintain legal templates, document repositories, and version control; support contract preparation, formatting, filing, and archiving.
- Act as the first point of contact for legal process and documentation requests; identify opportunities to improve legal workflows.
Requirements
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with document management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience coordinating billing, invoicing, or financial administration processes.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented approach to stakeholder management.
