What you will do
- Drive new Ecommerce sales and own the revenue budget for Ireland and Northern Ireland.
- Develop and execute a 2-year strategy to increase Ecommerce market share.
- Manage and lead a dedicated Ecommerce sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and sign strategic external partners to accelerate growth.
- Create Ecommerce sales acquisition playbooks and training materials for the sales channel.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and product teams to improve the product suite and onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience within the Payments Industry, preferably focused on Ecommerce.
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and ability to self-generate new business.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a heavy emphasis on Excel.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a natural leader.
Nice to have
- Diploma or certificates in Business Development.
- Previous experience driving Ecommerce sales specifically at a management level.
