What you will do

• Drive new Ecommerce sales and own the revenue budget for Ireland and Northern Ireland.
• Develop and execute a 2-year strategy to increase Ecommerce market share.
• Manage and lead a dedicated Ecommerce sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and sign strategic external partners to accelerate growth.
• Create Ecommerce sales acquisition playbooks and training materials for the sales channel.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and product teams to improve the product suite and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience within the Payments Industry, preferably focused on Ecommerce.
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and ability to self-generate new business.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a heavy emphasis on Excel.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a natural leader.

Nice to have

• Diploma or certificates in Business Development.
• Previous experience driving Ecommerce sales specifically at a management level.
