What you will do

• Support the origination and execution of M&A advisory transactions.
• Draft markethirify.global materials, includhirify.global pitch books and presentations.
• Perform detailed equity/debt analysis and valuation for clients and target companies.
• Manage transaction administration, includhirify.global data rooms, Q&A, and meethirify.global coordination.
• Collaborate with other product teams to deliver integrated financial solutions.
• Monitor market dynamics and maintain internal databases and presentation templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounthirify.global, or Advanced Mathematics.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in M&A, investment bankhirify.global, or strategic advisory.
• Strong hands-on experience with fundamental and market-based valuation methodologies.
• Proficiency in financial modellhirify.global and complex financial analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
