Vice President, Mexico

What you will do

• Lead sourcing, evaluation, execution, and management of investments across Mexico and broader Latin America.
• Manage complex transactions, including diligence, valuation, structuring, negotiations, and closing.
• Prepare and present investment memoranda for Investment Committee discussions.
• Work with portfolio company management teams on operational improvements, strategic initiatives, M&A, market expansion, organizational development, and exit planning.
• Develop investment themes, build relationships with entrepreneurs and market participants, and coordinate advisors and internal teams.
• Mentor Associates and Senior Associates and contribute to team development.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in growth equity or private equity; investment banking training is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience executing private equity or growth transactions from sourcing through closing and presenting to investment committees.
• Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills.
• Experience working with management teams and driving value creation initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university; an MBA from a top-tier program is preferred, while relevant non-MBA profiles are also considered.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish are required.
