Investment Associate (Data Centres)

What you will do

• Establish and manage investment funds, capital vehicles, and investment platforms across the APAC region.
• Originate, evaluate, and execute strategic capital partnerships across the hyperscale data centre portfolio.
• Build financial models to evaluate investment returns, transaction structures, valuations, and capital solutions.
• Prepare investment committee, board, and investor materials while supporting due diligence and transaction execution.
• Research investors, markets, capital flows, and comparable transactions to identify long-term institutional capital partners.
• Coordinate with investment, development, finance, legal, tax, treasury, corporate development teams, and external advisers.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or funds management.
• Demonstrated transaction execution experience and a background in real assets.
• Recent exposure to data centres, real estate, or infrastructure investment.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, investment analysis, and capital structure assessment skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presentations, reports, and investment materials.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, collaboration, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
