What you will do

  • Define and lead the product marketing strategy, including positioning, target segments, and growth priorities.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of product marketers.
  • Own and evolve the go-to-market (GTM) strategy to drive acquisition and expansion across channels.
  • Develop differentiated positioning and messaging grounded in customer and competitive insights.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Demand Generation to drive measurable pipeline impact.
  • Elevate sales enablement and customer storytelling to strengthen market presence.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in product marketing within ecommerce or digital commerce.
  • Proven experience defining and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members and driving performance.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect insights to business outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Experience in enterprise technology, particularly AI-driven platforms.
  • Experience influencing executive stakeholders and contributing to company-level strategy.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to tie initiatives to revenue impact.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts.
