TL;DR

VP, Experience (AI): Leading the Experience Design and Product Management disciplines to drive the Agentic Customer Experience (ACx) vision with an accent on practice transformation and AI integration. Focus on scaling high-performance teams, automating design workflows via Agentic AI, and driving commercial growth for the experience practice.

Location: Must be based in North America (United States or Canada) and able to collaborate across ET, PT, and GMT time zones.

What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership across Experience Design and Product Management to align the department with the ACx vision.
• Develop senior leaders and cultivate a high-performance culture focused on craftsmanship, velocity, and creative boundaries.
• Guide the AI transformation roadmap, implementing Agentic AI to automate workflows and eliminate low-value effort.
• Own the financial health of the practice, including budget management, utilization modeling, and commercial contribution.
• Act as a senior executive advisor and partner to C-suite clients, driving business development and service scoping.
• Establish standardized frameworks for Experience Design (IA, Design Systems) and Product (PRDs, User Journeys).

Requirements

• 12+ years in UX, product, or experience design, with significant senior leadership experience in a consultancy or agency.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams of 15+ people spanning creative and product functions.
• Must be based in North America.
• Proven track record of practice transformation and managing enterprise-scale brand and technology projects.
• Strong financial literacy, including budget ownership, margin analysis, and pricing strategy.
• Deep fluency in Agentic AI tools and a credible point of view on the future of experience design and product strategy.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with agentic delivery methodologies, such as the BMAD methodology.
• Deep expertise in standard product management practices or design system practices.
