What you will do

  • Define and evolve positioning and market narrative for Active Intelligence, strengthening the story in every stakeholder conversation.
  • Own market-side customer lifecycle messaging and drive adoption and continued usage outcomes measured beyond launch metrics.
  • Run experimentation-driven PMM programs with weekly learning cycles (hypothesis, signal, learning).
  • Automate traditional launch and enablement mechanics using AI to improve speed, experimentation, and operational scale.
  • Enable Sales, Customer Success, and partners with proof points, talk tracks, and feedback loops into Product decisions.
  • Lead and grow a PMM team of outcome owners, setting standards by doing the work and building accountability and urgency.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or Product Strategy in B2B SaaS or AI-driven technology companies.
  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience leading PMM teams, including building or transforming a function.
  • Product-strategy mindset focused on market impact and product-market fit.
  • Proven track record driving adoption and retention outcomes.
  • Proven ability to influence across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-native products, marketing automation, or platform products for SMB/mid-market.
  • Experience building experimentation-driven marketing functions.
  • Deep customer empathy combined with analytical rigor.
  • Strong bias for action and desire to erase the boundary between product and marketing.
