What you will do

• Own and evolve the demand-side growth strategy for the GolfNow marketplace to drive high-quality rounds growth.
• Define and refine the golfer value proposition to improve attraction and retention of users.
• Lead national promotion strategies and guardrails to balance growth with marketplace trust and contribution margin.
• Establish frameworks for demand quality and lifecycle activation to increase second-round conversion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, analytics, and CRM teams to align business goals.
• Identify and scale AI-enabled tools to improve personalization and operational efficiency in growth workflows.

Requirements

• 12+ years of leadership experience in growth, marketplace, consumer, or performance marketing.
• Proven track record in digital, e-commerce, travel, media, or subscription businesses.
• Deep expertise in customer segmentation, behavioral activation, and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in experimentation and KPI development.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Orlando, FL (Hybrid).
