What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing personalized consultations and diamond education.
• Manage a lead pipeline and maintain a calendar of in-person appointments to drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team on clienteling, custom design projects, and product feedback.
• Assist with in-store events, activations, and influencer hosting.
• Maintain high standards of service and brand representation in the showroom.

Requirements

• Mandatory history of selling diamonds is required.
• Proven ability to close sales in a high-volume retail or e-commerce environment.
• Strong background in the jewelry industry; Certified Gemologists are highly preferred.
• Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
