TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Austin, Texas. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring office attendance 3 days per week.

Salary: $60,000 USD + Bonus

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals with SMB retailers.
  • Conduct high-volume daily outreach via phone, email, and social media.
  • Maintain and progress a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce.
  • Guide new partners through the registration and onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to ensure a smooth handover for new partners.
  • Apply the SNAP sales methodology to effectively engage and convert prospects.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to Austin, Texas.
  • Strong drive for sales and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent active listening and communication skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days per week in the office).
