TL;DR

Lead Supplier API Account Manager (Traveltech): Managing the technical onboarding and integration of high-value supplier accounts for the Viator marketplace with an accent on API connectivity and system interoperability. Focus on collaborating with product and engineering teams to resolve complex integration issues and ensuring the successful lifecycle management of partner connectivity projects.

Location: Hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in the London office

What you will do

  • Oversee the end-to-end technical implementation and delivery of integrations with suppliers and reservation systems.
  • Liaise with suppliers to collect API specifications and recommend optimal integration approaches to internal product and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to represent the voice of connectivity in development projects.
  • Manage the lifecycle of Salesforce cases for API integrations and establish tracking best practices.
  • Lead end-to-end API integration testing for new partners and contribute to the design of internal monitoring tools.
  • Provide mentorship to team members and proactively manage integration methodologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, operations, or account management, preferably in a technical B2B environment.
  • Proven technical competence in working with APIs, including SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence relationships across global teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions in person and via conference calls.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a multi-channel, complex business environment.
  • Must be able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
