Senior Agile Program Delivery Lead (Enterprise Integration)

What you will do

• Serve as the Agile lead for high-criticality enterprise integration and deployment teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies with emphasis on defect management and empirical delivery.
• Plan and coordinate complex software deployment and cutover activities with technical leads, business owners, integration partners, and vendors.
• Manage blockers, risks, and cross-team dependencies across legacy systems and new platform deployments.
• Support scaled Agile planning with Release Train Engineers and Solution Architects.
• Maintain Jira and MS Project dashboards and provide delivery, velocity, and defect-resolution reporting to executive leadership.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead in enterprise-scale environments.
• Proven experience managing the final deployment or cutover phase of large-scale software implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban, within structured, gated delivery environments.
• Expert proficiency with Jira advanced boards and dashboards and MS Project.
• Ability to challenge stakeholders professionally and facilitate difficult resolutions under pressure.
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment with internal staff, external vendors, and integration partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework and complex cross-team dependencies.
• Experience integrating project management workflows with AI productivity tools.
