What you will do

• Act as the primary Agile lead for high-criticality integration and deployment teams.
• Facilitate ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives with a focus on defect management.
• Navigate the tension between Agile velocity and structured stage-gate project management.
• Coordinate blockers, risks, and cross-stream dependencies across legacy and new systems.
• Maintain enterprise-grade dashboards in Jira and MS Project for executive reporting.
• Leverage AI assistants to streamline documentation and optimize project communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead in enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of managing final deployment/cutover phases for complex software implementations.
• Expert-level proficiency in Jira and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of hybrid Agile methodologies within gated delivery environments.
• Ability to professionally challenge stakeholders and facilitate resolutions under high pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience with Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).
• Experience integrating project management workflows with AI productivity tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment with internal staff and external vendors.
