Sr. Agile Coach (Healthcare)

TL;DR

Sr. Agile Coach (Project Management): Driving Agile delivery excellence across the enterprise with an accent on coaching leaders and teams to strengthen practices and organizational maturity. Focus on standardizing Agile execution using Azure DevOps and Project/Planning Interval Planning to increase business value.

Location: Remote (USA), but travel to Chattanooga, TN is required 2-3 times a year. Final interviews are onsite in Chattanooga, TN.

What you will do

• Act as an enterprise evangelist for Agile ceremonies, practices, and values.
• Champion Agile transformations and drive the standardization of processes and best practices.
• Perform maturity assessments and educate teams on the purpose and "why" behind Agile ways of working.
• Coach programs and teams to deliver business value through effective Agile product management.
• Provide targeted role-based coaching on responsibilities and ceremony execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or at least 4 years of professional corporate work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT.
• At least 2 years of dedicated Agile Coaching experience.
• One or more Agile Certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, CSP, PSM, PSPO, SAFe).
• Must be based in the USA; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to travel to Chattanooga, TN 2-3 times a year and attend the final interview onsite.
