Field Services Coordinator (IoT)

Location: Location-flexible within Europe; listed locations include Aachen, Berlin, and Munich, Germany; Ferrara, Italy; and Warsaw, Poland. Flexible hybrid working model with remote work supported.

What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule field service activities, including installations, maintenance, and rip-and-replace work, across European markets.
• Serve as the primary contact for field technicians, customers, internal teams, and third-party service partners.
• Manage service requests and work orders while ensuring timely completion of field operations.
• Track and report service KPIs, SLAs, and field performance metrics, maintaining accurate records in internal systems.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Sales, Training, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements

• Fluent English and German required; professional Dutch preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in field service coordination, logistics, operations, or a related technical coordination role.
• Experience with telematics, fleet management, automotive, IoT, or related technology is an asset.
• Familiarity with vehicle electrical systems, hardware installation processes, technical documentation, installation guides, and service management platforms.
• Ability to use data and reporting tools, manage multiple priorities across markets and time zones, and work autonomously in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Technical, logistics, or business post-secondary education, or equivalent experience.
