What you will do

• Manage the full life cycle of steel and weldment components from development to after-sales.
• Execute purchasing activities aligned with global steel strategies and internal stakeholder requirements.
• Develop and optimize supplier performance regarding quality, logistics, and product costs.
• Lead independent purchasing negotiations and finalize framework supply contracts.
• Participate in cross-functional development projects and cost optimization workshops.
• Analyze market trends and raw material price developments.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
• Professional experience in strategic purchasing.
• Knowledge of the steel raw material market and fabrication processes.
• Business fluent English and German skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Willingness to travel as required.
