Vendor Manager Technology (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid workhirify.global with office presence in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Salary: €6,728–€10,753 per month, plus 13th month salary and 8% holiday payment.

What you will do

• Execute strategic Source-to-Contract and contract lifecycle management activities for critical technology contracts.
• Develop vendor plans with objectives, contractual focus areas, development items, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Build supplier relationships, develop supplier and contract strategies, and translate business plans into supplier relationships.
• Negotiate major scope changes, updated requirements, renewals, and disputes; manage approvals and contract signatures.
• Monitor supplier performance, third-party risks, contract obligations, product and service quality, and contract improvements.
• Lead strategic vendor reviews, supplier phase-outs, preferred-supplier consolidation, and vendor master-data management.

Requirements

• More than 6 years of experience in Procurement or Vendor Management, preferably at a strategic level and preferably in an international financial-services organization.
• More than 2 years of experience managhirify.global vendor relationships, preferably strategically within the Technology category, with a primary focus on software and services.
• Experience workhirify.global with offshore teams and knowledge of the local Netherlands IT market.
• Experience supporthirify.global category strategy in Technology Business Applications, infrastructure software, telecom, and IT services.
• Proven track record of deliverhirify.global procurement value, implementhirify.global supplier management for critical and strategic contracts, and managhirify.global supplier and contract performance.
• Perfect spoken and written business English; Dutch is required.
• Strong relationship management, stakeholder management, analytical, influenchirify.global, conflict-resolution, legal-acumen, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory matters, cloud, cybersecurity, supplier and market risks, governance structures, and sustainable procurement.
• Agile, self-driven approach with the ability to lead governance involvhirify.global suppliers, contract owners, and service managers.
