What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing personalized consultations and diamond education.
• Manage a lead pipeline and maintain a calendar of in-person appointments to drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team on clienteling, custom design projects, and customer feedback.
• Represent the brand values during in-store events, product launches, and influencer activations.
• Assist clients with jewelry care, returns, upgrades, and resizes.

Requirements

• Mandatory history of selling diamonds in a high-volume retail or e-commerce environment.
• Strong background in the jewelry industry; Certified Gemologist status is highly preferred.
• Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday as part of a non-traditional schedule.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and writing skills.
• Technologically savvy with a compassionate and patient approach to customer service.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participation required).
