What you will do
- Act as Chief of Staff to the VP of Americas Sales to drive operational efficiency and sales productivity.
- Manage core operational activities including weekly forecasting, QBR cycles, and quota planning.
- Oversee deal desk, compensation, analytics, and enablement functions for the Americas region.
- Ensure optimized lead management for both inside and outside sales teams.
- Develop and execute the yearly sales plan and strategic initiatives for the field leadership team.
- Mentor and develop team members to meet both company objectives and individual career goals.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States (Role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship).
- 8+ years of experience in a sales operations environment.
- Proven leadership experience in Sales or Field Operations at a theatre level.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Clary.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.
