TL;DR

Sales Strategy & Operational Excellence Lead (Sales Ops): Managing the operating system of the go-to-market organization with an accent on operating discipline, forecasting, and planning cycles. Focus on building durable operating mechanisms, unifying standards across Sales and Strategy, and driving annual target and quota deployment.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY; expected in-office at least 25% of the time)

What you will do

  • Run the CCO operating rhythm, including managing weekly forecasting and pipeline review cadences.
  • Establish and maintain unified operating standards, definitions, and documented processes across the Sales and Strategy organizations.
  • Lead the program management for annual and in-year GTM planning, including target setting and quota deployment.
  • Design scalable processes, runbooks, and documentation to support rapid organizational growth.
  • Partner with Systems and Analytics to transition manual workflows into tooling and leverage AI to accelerate process design.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, revenue operations, or business operations.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end GTM planning, target setting, and territory design.
  • Exceptional program management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional efforts to deadlines.
  • Fluency in Excel/Google Sheets (modeling, structured data) and proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Must be located in or able to work from San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY.

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales compensation design, including SPIFs and accelerators.
  • Experience with consumption-based or usage-based revenue models.
  • Familiarity with planning tools such as Anaplan, Pigment, or Fullcast.
  • Proven ability to use AI tools to accelerate operational and program management tasks.
