Salary: GBP £74.6K–£112K or EUR €84.2K–€126.4K (equity and bonus offered)

What you will do

• Administer Okta: implement SSO applications, manage onboarding/offboarding, and build automation workflows using Okta Workflows and hirify.global.
• Optimize SaaS spend by implementing automated workflows to monitor and enforce license utilization across the SaaS portfolio.
• Identify rightsizing opportunities (unused seats, duplicate tools, tier mismatches) and build reporting for spend trends and renewal risks.
• Develop automation to eliminate manual work, automate user account creation, and integrate tools via API.
• Triage and resolve IT issues, and build automations to eliminate recurring request patterns.
• Maintain and improve the employee Mac experience and streamline access management through provisioning/deprovisioning workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience rolling out, maintaining, and supporting an expanding IT infrastructure.
• Experience administering SSO/identity systems, including onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Strong communication skills for a 100% remote team (writing is the primary communication channel).
• Ability to build trust across the organization and work with minimal supervision in a distributed environment.
• Pragmatic approach to implementing simple, scalable IT solutions and balancing multiple fast-moving projects.
