What you will do

• Design and deploy identity architecture and access management systems to govern employee technology access.
• Build seamless and secure employee onboarding, offboarding, and device enrollment experiences.
• Implement automation workflows using tools like Okta Workflows, N8N, Tines, or Workato to eliminate manual IT tasks.
• Contribute to the evolution of the internal technology stack, including endpoint management and service management.
• Collaborate with Security, People Ops, Finance, and Engineering to deliver technology solutions aligned with business goals.
• Improve reliability, security, and scalability while contributing to compliance and governance initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT engineering, enterprise systems, or Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on experience leading significant Okta implementations (Okta Certification strongly preferred).
• Deep understanding of SSO, lifecycle management, SCIM, RBAC, device trust, and conditional access.
• Experience building workflows with automation platforms such as Okta Workflows, N8N, Tines, or Workato.
• Experience supporting endpoint management, device security, and modern workplace technologies.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build systems from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience leading Okta deployment, migration, or identity transformation initiatives.
• Background supporting high-growth organizations scaling from hundreds to thousands of employees.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HITRUST.
• Experience designing zero-trust or device trust architectures.
• Familiarity with modern MDM platforms like Kandji, Mosyle, Jamf, or Intune.
