What you will do

• Own configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise safety systems to align with evolving EHS program needs.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of digital and electronic safety solutions (requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, adoption).
• Deliver monthly safety metrics and performance reporting to inform leadership decisions.
• Perform advanced analysis of incidents, audits, corrective actions, safety KPIs, and compliance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across safety and compliance systems, including data validation and reconciliation for FMCSA DataQ submissions.
• Build advanced analytical tools, models, and automated solutions (Excel or similar) to improve reporting efficiency and decision support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in safety management, data analytics, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in safety analytics, EHS systems administration, or data analysis roles.
• Experience administering business systems and leading technical projects.
• Experience with regulatory data (FMCSA or OSHA preferred).
• Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, automation, dashboard creation).
• Strong system administration and data governance knowledge (data quality, access controls, compliance, lifecycle management).
