What you will do

• Lead the design, deployment, and management of JAMF Pro for macOS and iOS across the enterprise.
• Build and maintain zero-touch provisioning workflows to ensure devices are production-ready at unboxing.
• Deploy and troubleshoot endpoint security agents (EDR, DLP) and network security clients (ZTNA, VPN).
• Serve as a deployable technical resource to diagnose systemic issues and perform root cause analysis across IT teams.
• Script and automate repetitive workflows using Bash, Python, or PowerShell to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to maintain endpoint compliance aligned with enterprise policy.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in endpoint engineering, IT infrastructure, or systems engineering.
• Deep expertise in JAMF Pro, including configuration profiles, smart groups, and application management.
• Strong experience managing macOS, iOS, and Windows endpoints in an enterprise environment.
• Scripting proficiency in at least two of: Bash, Python, PowerShell, or AppleScript.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• JAMF 200/300 or Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM integration for endpoint workflows.
• Familiarity with Citrix/VDI environments and migrations to AVD or enterprise browsers.
• Experience working in healthcare or other regulated industries.
