What you will do

• Assist process engineering in developmental projects for cleaning and inspecting diamond and Si wafers.
• Perform cleaning of diamond and Si wafers and samples.
• Conduct inspections and measurements using optical microscopes and WLI metrology tools.
• Set up, operate, and maintain wafer cleaning, polishing, and packaging equipment.
• Prepare cleaning chemicals and CMP slurries while enforcing strict cleanroom protocols.
• Write and improve SOPs and train other technicians on processes.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify)
• Associates or bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or materials science.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a cleaning or polishing environment.
• Knowledge of surface measurement and inspection techniques.
• Experience with cleaning and polishing equipment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
