Focus on building strong candidate slates and talent pipelines while ensuring compliance and proactive, timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle.

Location: Remote role from Hungary or Poland

What you will do

  • Run the recruitment cycle by partnering with hiring leaders to define job scope, position specifications, and search approaches using market data.
  • Review candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), evaluate qualifications against requirements, and decide who advances in the process.
  • Build sourcing and recruitment marketing plans, including candidate sourcing via resume databases, search engines, networking sites, and Boolean search.
  • Engage candidates using phone, email, and social media; prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely status updates.
  • Conduct phone interview assessments using templates, apply independent judgment to match candidates to roles, and coordinate skills testing and references when required.
  • Provide regular recruiting activity reporting, identify search difficulties, and recommend solutions to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
  • Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
  • Proficiency in Boolean search techniques for sourcing.
  • Strong working knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be based in Hungary or Poland for the remote role.
