What you will do
- Run the recruitment cycle by partnering with hiring leaders to define job scope, position specifications, and search approaches using market data.
- Review candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), evaluate qualifications against requirements, and decide who advances in the process.
- Build sourcing and recruitment marketing plans, including candidate sourcing via resume databases, search engines, networking sites, and Boolean search.
- Engage candidates using phone, email, and social media; prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely status updates.
- Conduct phone interview assessments using templates, apply independent judgment to match candidates to roles, and coordinate skills testing and references when required.
- Provide regular recruiting activity reporting, identify search difficulties, and recommend solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
- Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques for sourcing.
- Strong working knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be based in Hungary or Poland for the remote role.
