Location: Remote (UK, France, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain)

Salary: £14k – £26k

What you will do

• Review applications for open roles and fast-track top candidates
• Proactively seek out passive talent
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Identify and implement alternative strategies to attract new talent
• Collaborate with the Talent team to optimize the candidate experience

Requirements

• Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR practices
• Analytical mindset and high attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and learn new topics quickly
• Native-level English speaker (C2)
• Availability to work full-time for 6 months

• Previous experience in candidate screening
• Understanding of technical and marketing professional profiles
