What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support requests, focusing on AU/NZL coverage hours.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and access issues for employees.
- Manage user accounts for onboarding and offboarding workflows.
- Identify recurring issues to build runbooks, help articles, and self-service resources.
- Assist with SSO/SAML application integrations and maintain automation workflows in Okta and .
- Track support quality metrics to continuously improve response times and resolution rates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of direct hands-on experience delivering IT support in a corporate environment.
- Hands-on Okta administration experience is required.
- Excellent written communication skills for a 100% remote, async environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervision.
- Strong service-oriented mindset with a focus on building trust through interactions.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and process automation.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting macOS environments.
- Hands-on administration experience with Jamf, Google Workspace, Slack, or 1Password.
