Location: San Francisco, CA. Must be based in or be able to relocate to a hirify.global hub location (San Francisco, Denver, Nashville, or Santiago). On-site presence is required at least 4 days per week.

Salary: $111,000 - $130,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as the primary onsite support lead for the San Francisco office, ensuring reliability of all local IT infrastructure.
• Lead the physical deployment and maintenance of hardware during planned projects and changes.
• Act as the final escalation point for complex incidents and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts.
• Design and scale AI-driven automations and agentic workflows using LLM APIs to eliminate repetitive internal tasks.
• Mentor and train junior support engineers and maintain a detailed knowledge base of complex solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to improve IT processes according to ITIL principles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Mac and PC technical support.
• 5+ years of experience working in a heavily SaaS-based environment (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, etc.).
• 4+ years of experience providing onsite support for executives and ICs.
• Deep understanding of networking, hardware, and operating systems.
• Experience with MDM tools (Intune and similar).
• Ability to work daily in the San Francisco office.
