TL;DR

IT Support: Providing Tier 1 technical assistance to a global user base with an accent on hardware and software troubleshooting, asset management, and employee lifecycle support. Focus on maintaining office infrastructure, managing A/V conferencing systems, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv and able to work 4 days per week in the office

What you will do

  • Provide Tier 1 support for hardware and software issues via the ticketing system.
  • Staff the Service Center for in-person support 2–3 days per week.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including workstation setup and offboarding.
  • Configure and maintain office equipment, including laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Support A/V conferencing for meetings and company events.
  • Provide basic network assistance, including LAN, Wireless, and VPN support.

Requirements

  • Approximately 2 years of IT helpdesk or support experience supporting at least 200+ users.
  • Fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work 4 days per week in the Tel Aviv office.
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
  • Experience with G-Suite, Microsoft 365, and Okta.
  • Customer-service orientation with proven ability to work under pressure.

Nice to have

  • Experience with JAMF.
  • Experience with video-conferencing systems like Zoom, Neat, Crestron, and Poly.
  • Experience with cloud-based IT environments.
  • Mac OS experience.
