What you will do

• Provide training and technical support to staff to resolve issues efficiently.
• Manage the IT support ticketing system and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Support office hardware, network infrastructure, and inventory management.
• Maintain internal documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with the Security team to ensure regulatory compliance and assist in security assessments.
• Support technical onboarding processes for new employees.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT services and technology-driven business processes.
• Proficiency with MacOS and cloud-based services like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
• Must be located in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area and available for on-site work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to manage time and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.
