What you will do

• Provide global hardware provisioning, access requests, and general IT support for all employees.
• Support the San Francisco office in person 3-4 days per week, focusing on AV, events, and IT infrastructure.
• Manage the employee lifecycle by conducting onboarding classes and handling offboarding requests.
• Develop and maintain troubleshooting workflows and how-to guides in the knowledge base.
• Execute project-based work to enhance automation, integrate systems, and document processes.
• Handle stand-by, on-call, and off-hours duties as required.

Requirements

• Experience supporting users in a cloud environment.
• Familiarity with OKTA group management, configuration, integration, and provisioning.
• Knowledge of AWS provisioning and role management.
• Experience with cloud productivity tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with MDM suites such as JAMF and InTune.
• Proficiency in supporting both Mac and Windows operating systems.
• Must be based in San Francisco to support the office 3-4 days/week.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools and platforms such as Glean, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or OpenAI ChatGPT.
