Salary: $140,000–$175,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Develop high-quality sales and marketing content including pitch decks, one-pagers, and product resources.
• Plan and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns to drive demand and improve conversion rates.
• Own and optimize company-wide newsletter strategy and digital asset performance.
• Collaborate with Sales and CSM teams to build enablement tools and messaging frameworks.
• Track and analyze key marketing KPIs to provide actionable insights for GTM strategy.
• Partner with Product to support feature launches and internal/external messaging rollouts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or enablement roles.
• Proven track record in content creation and managing marketing campaigns.
• Strong quantitative skills with experience tracking CAC, conversion rates, and funnel metrics.
• Experience partnering with sales teams and supporting product marketing initiatives.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in New York, NY.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with a strong UX/UI intuition.
