Salary: $175,000+ base, plus $10,000–$40,000 bonus.

What you will do
- Lead go-to-market strategy for products and services targeting capital providers.
- Define differentiated positioning and messaging for institutional investor audiences.
- Synthesize market dynamics and customer feedback into a clear strategic point of view.
- Equip commercial teams with high-quality narratives, pitch decks, and sales enablement tools.
- Align product, commercial, and marketing stakeholders around shared narratives and priorities.
- Act as an internal authority on investor mandates, workflows, and decision drivers.
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B marketing or marketing strategy with experience in high-growth environments.
- Meaningful direct exposure to institutional investors (banks, funds, or corporate finance).
- Professional experience in financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear positioning.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior cross-functional partners.
- Must be based in the US or Canada.
