Salary: $130,000 – $200,000 + 0.1% – 0.3% equity

What you will do

  • Develop and own the repeatable campus growth playbook to scale adoption across dozens of universities.
  • Drive user acquisition through ambassador programs, referral loops, experiential marketing, and paid social.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a large-scale campus ambassador and brand representative program.
  • Define the brand voice and content engine on TikTok, Instagram, Snap, Fizz, and YikYak.
  • Execute campus activations, launch parties, and partnerships with Greek life and student organizations.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to define growth targets and optimize budget allocation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth or brand marketing at a consumer startup or student-focused brand.
  • Direct, hands-on experience running marketing campaigns specifically on college campuses.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and engaging student users at scale.
  • Experience building or managing campus ambassador or brand rep programs.
  • Deep fluency in student-driven platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat.
  • Willingness to travel to campuses to work in the field.

Nice to have

  • Former experience as a campus ambassador or leader of a student organization.
  • Experience with referral-driven growth or dating and social community products.
  • Existing network of campus creators, student leaders, or university contacts.
  • Experience scaling a program from a few campuses to a national footprint.
