What you will do

• Operate production machinery and perform basic troubleshooting according to safety guidelines.
• Assemble products to specifications and conduct rigorous quality checks.
• Document production data and maintain logs using computer systems for tracking.
• Handle materials safely and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to participate in efficiency and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Ability to operate equipment, troubleshoot issues, and interpret technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and software navigation.
• Valid US work authorization (verified via E-Verify).
