What you will do

• Assemble and test hardware products according to documented work instructions and procedures.
• Install and configure software based on specific order and configuration requirements.
• Inspect incoming materials and components for quality, defects, and specification compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues with non-conforming components or assemblies.
• Operate and maintain test equipment, including bench-top instruments and proprietary tools.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required due to government and defense-related work.
• Associate degree or relevant technical training in electronics or engineering technology.
• 0–1 year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or technical environment.
• Basic understanding of electronics and experience using electronic test equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with computer-based or hardware systems.
• Valid driver’s license.

Nice to have

• Experience with electromechanical assembly or box build.
• Basic PCB or programming experience.
