What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical and production equipment to ensure plant operationality.
• Perform equipment rebuilds and upgrades to improve overall reliability and performance.
• Execute scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and equipment breakdowns as part of a rotating on-call schedule.
• Diagnose machine malfunctions and conduct root cause analysis to implement permanent solutions.
• Manage the ordering of necessary parts, materials, and tools while controlling maintenance costs.

Requirements

• Proven experience maintaining industrial or manufacturing equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, conveyors, or automated equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Baltimore, MD.
• Commitment to strict plant safety procedures and housekeeping requirements.
