Salary: $90,000–$120,000 + equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design of marketing and sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, web assets, and social content.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to translate complex concepts into clear visuals.
• Maintain and evolve the brand identity to ensure consistency across all customer-facing materials.
• Support go-to-market initiatives with fast, high-quality design execution.
• Create templates and scalable design systems to support organizational growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual design, layout, typography, and brand systems.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Must be based in New York, NY to adhere to the hybrid work policy (4 days in office).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
