What you will do
- Own the visual design and evolution of the brand system, including guidelines and core visual assets.
- Design high-quality creative for marketing campaigns, web experiences, sales materials, and events.
- Create reusable templates and libraries that enable consistent high-level execution across the organization.
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and product teams to translate complex infrastructure into accessible visual stories.
- Balance brand consistency with the need for speed and creative experimentation in a high-velocity environment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in brand, visual, or marketing design.
- Portfolio demonstrating deep systems thinking and work in brand, web, and print.
- High proficiency in Figma, Webflow, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent fundamentals in typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition.
- Comfort working in high-velocity environments with evolving priorities.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to San Francisco or New York City.
Nice to have
- Prior experience at a brand or design agency.
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Background working with API or data infrastructure products.
- Interest and experience experimenting with AI-assisted design workflows.
