Location: Hybrid; Must be based in or be able to relocate to New York, San Francisco, or Salt Lake City (on-site 2-3 days per week)

Salary: $148,000—$185,000 USD (for Tier 1 markets)

What you will do

• Implement the rebrand across all marketing and owned surfaces, ensuring visual consistency.
• Concept and execute brand-forward creative for paid ads, landing pages, lifecycle templates, and social content.
• Translate design-led identity into scalable systems across digital, web, email, and social channels.
• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations to enhance brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with Brand, Growth, Lifecycle, and PMM teams to balance performance with brand equity.
• Develop brand governance tools, templates, and asset frameworks for efficient production.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or art direction in high-growth consumer brands or agencies.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise across web, paid media, lifecycle, and campaign systems.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to operate independently and prioritize multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be located in or eligible for relocation to NYC, SF, or SLC.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech or other regulated industries.
• Experience experimenting with AI-driven design tools to improve creative efficiency.
