Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do

• Elevate hirify.global’ brand identity across all channels, formats, and verticals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate conceptual ideas into visually compelling deliverables.
• Iterate on and scale the design language of a fast-growing generational scale-up.
• Create templates and systems to enable high-pace delivery without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong motion design skills, specifically with After Effects.
• Experience in agencies or scale-ups, demonstrating adaptability across fast-moving projects.
• Proven track record in large design initiatives such as rebranding campaigns or product launches.
• Must be able to work from one of the company hubs in the US or Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D software such as Blender for custom visuals.
• Experience with website CMS and email design tools.
• Familiarity with the Fintech industry and mobile/web UI.
